If you allow one dog and are willing to take a $1300 per month. you could start earning our money February 17th. We are willing to sign a 12-month lease or a 6-month with the option to renew if you'd like to "try" us as tenants. Let me know.

that seems overely reasonable why aren't you selling
we sold this summer 800 block of clarence by ascension for 399,900 and it was 2-3 bedrooms
