Claritin is also safe to take while pregnant and nursing! It's my saving grace living here in Texas.

I'm nursing mother of a four month old. I suffer bad from allergies. Im worst then I have ever been. I asked my pedi and he said it was okay to take my zyrtec 10mg. I feel better when I remember to take it. I take it at night because it makes me feel graugy. So I would talk to your pedi and see what they say. Because everyone is different. My son is a big boy he weighs 18.5 lbs. I only give him breastmilk. I hope this helps.

You can take benadryl and sudafed while nursing. Yes some will go into your milk but not much, and it is safe for babies. Also try a saline mist to help clear things out.

While you CAN take Benadryl while nursing...be careful. It can effect your milk supply and dry you up. If I were you I would wait until tomorrow and call the doc to prescribe something that will be more effective and not effect your milk supply.

Raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon 3x a day. You'll get over it fast.
