Numb Toes?

Lately when my feet get cold the toes on my right foot go completely numb. It's not a pins and needles feeling, they're numb like they're not there. The second and third toe have also started to get really super dry on the end. There's also a red dot on both toes that looks kind of like a blood blister, but it's not. It's super tender to the touch. It's been going on for a few months now. Generally, once my body gets warm, the feeling comes back, but it does take awhile. Has anyone experienced this?

What can I do next?

You should see a doctor. My daughter has Raynauds and her toes develops dryness, red dots and become numb also. She was told it is because her toes are not getting enough blood and it is causing ulcers on her toes. They put her meds to help with the circulation. Her toes also turn purple when she's cold or stressed.

I had that problem. My circulation was not good.
The 2 things that fixed it for me were:
1 - got my hypothyroidism treated
2 - stopped wearing pantyhose
With the hypothyroid treated my circulation is much better and my nails on both hands and feet grow. When it was untreated, I could go a month between trimming my nails and they were very weak. I don't get the numbness anymore,

It's a circulation issue. It could be stemming from poor circulation itself, thyroid, diabetes, etc. If this continues, you'll want to see a dr.

Get it checked by a doctor. Could be Raynauds, which can sometimes be serious. You don't want to risk developing problems so severe you could lose your toes. Circulation problems can usually be treated.
