No Period Since November...

But my tubes were "burned" in 2000. I am 44. No other real symptoms--a little breast tenderness, some mild cramping off and on, a little spotting once last month--didn't even last a day. So...most likely not pregnant, but what then???

What can I do next?

Menopausal symptoms are definitely possible at 44. Periods can become irregular. We aren't considered through menopause until we've not had a period for 12 months, but typically they will space farther out for a time first.

If you are concerned, you can see your doctor.

Perimenopause or pregnancy. Either way, wouldn't be a bad idea to see your doctor to discuss.

It's either menopause or pregnancy! You should take a pregnancy test -there are lots of stories of failed tubals on here, and I personally know of several myself. Most likely you've started early menopause -you should go to your doctor. They can do a blood test to see if you're into menopause.

Possibly pre-menopause. It's technically not menopause until you haven't had a period for a year straight. But missing cycles can definitely be a symptom of pre or perimenopause.

Have you had your hormone levels checked lately? You doc can do a hormone test to see what is going on for sure.

I urge you to see your doctor. This is probably the beginning of menopause or perimenopause but there can be other causes. You want to be sure that everything is OK.

My mom got preganat 2 times after a tubal...

I would go in like other said either pre-menopause or pregnancy. With all three of my kiddos I spotted lightly for less then a day that is now I knew I was pregnant. The failure rate for Tubals increase the longer you have them. So 11 yrs is a long while I would go in. but on the other hand you could just be the less worrysome issue :)
