New Workout Video--great Results

has anyone tried that new fitpack dvd? i ordered it from fitpackdvd.com and it's really easy because the workouts are super short. i can easily do it while my daughter is sleeping and still have time for everything else i supposed to do while she is sleeping. i swear i'm seeing my old stomach again (the one i had before my first child--not my second).

i responded to all of those people individually but i guess i should have posted my response. oops. but olivia p is right. that's where you can get the dvd. apparently this guy trains a lot of high profile people in new york. at least that's what my friend who works in the business said. ???????

What about Exercise TV? I have Comcast and I've been working out with their exercise videos pretty much Monday - Friday - it's free, it's On Demand (any time of day or night) and there's a real variety of stuff - cardio, strength training, abs, etc. for different lengths of time. Works for me!

I've never heard of it but if you say it's working I would love to give it a try. I am longing to see muscle in my abdomen again Is it pilates, yoga, strength training?

Where would I find this great workout video? I have been trying to get back my old stomach too but with 2 kids ages 15 & 6 and being 40 and working full time I find it hard to find any time for working out. I would appreciate any advice on toning up my stomach muscles since my husband has been pointing this out to me more often than I like.
