New to the Smyrna-Vingings Area & Seeking OB-GYN for High Risk Pregnancies

We're expecting our 3 child after several miscarriages (8 to be exact). This is the first pregancy here in Atlanta and I contacted one physician that had my first visit with a midwife. Not bad, but she wasn't has as concerned with the high risk part of my pregnancy as my previous doctor was. Currently 6 weeks and cramping. I know a miscarriage is impossbile to predict and nothing can really stop it, but my 2 year old was saved with progesterone. Looking in the Marietta/Smyrna area or in Alpharetta/Roswell area.

Any help would be appreciated.

What can I do next?

I have had 2 miscarriages, one between each of my 3 boys. I go to marietta ob-gyn associates. Dr. Kelly, tackett, espy and a couple others. I have had all three of my children with them and have had no problems. You need to stay stress free which I know is hard with the worry of a miscarriage and 2 little ones. My boys are 5 1/2, 22 months and almost 4 months.

myself along with 2 other ladies have a support group called Born to Heaven. It is a group for moms that have had either a miscarriage or lost a child at a young age. My friend Melissa has had 3 miscarriagesvery close together and not very far along only a few weeks. My other friend Valerie has had 3 olso but hers have been very far along and she has had to deliver both of her first and had a dnc with her third. We know what you are going through and I pray you are ok withthis baby. Please call this dr. office they have been great withus. both myself and Melissa go here. C. I love my OB-GYN! He's very caring and not at all rushed during his appointments. I saw Dr. Steven Lee during both of my pregnancies. His office is near Cobb Hospital: 1791 Mulkey Rd, Ste 200, Austell, 30106. ###-###-####
