New to the Area, Seeking Information About Pediatricians, Preschools, OBGYN, Etc

I take my daughter to Charleston Pediatriacs. She is 10 months old, and Drs. Quattelbaum, Sperry, and Stapelton have been her doctors since she was born. I am very happy with them. They have wonderful bedside manner and are great at explaining things to me too. Lowcountry OB/GYN was the practice that took care of me while I was pregnant. Dr. Osborne was my doctor, and he is a very good doctor, but sometimes lacking in bedside manner. Dr.Caroline Felty and Molly Joseph saw me while I was pregnant also, and they were very nice. The whole practice seems good. I don't know anything about daycares in Summerville, but if you would ike info on West Ashely daycares, let me know.

Welcome D.!:) I go to Palmetto Primary Care Physicians and see Dr. Tara Vandegrift. She is very sweet, and will take time to answer all of your questions.

My ped is on Old Trolley Road, Dr. Jon Pense. He is great, but Jerry did see Dr. Tillman at Oakbrook Peds too, and they were really great!

Don't know much about daycares in Summerville, although I think Gateway and Sunshine House are both pretty good.:)

i am not sure how good some of the daycares are around summerville but i know the sunshine house is pretty good i use to work at one. I also take my son to doctor tillman which is Oakbrook pedicatrics she is on trolley road i have been going to her since my son was born and everyone is wonderful there i can give you their number if you want. that is all i know if you need anything else just let me know

ABout pediatricians i didnt like many in summerville so i take my girls to Sweetgrass Pediatrics one of the doctors there is married to the doctor who took care of my baby when she was in the hospital for almost a week after i had her. THey have 3 doctors there and they are great! nice new looking place near Trident hospital. Family doctor i use Wimberly ((my sister use to work there while she was in school) so we know them there very well! and it seems like they all know each other there. But i would see little wimberly WHich is Chris Wimberly its his dad office but hes the best in my opinion Even got my husband to go there and see him* which says alot if you knew him

I take my daughter to Flowertown Family Physicians, and she see's either Dr. Mallin or Dr. Stauffer. They are pretty good, and located right on Main Street here in Summerville. And since they are family physicians you and your hubby can go there too! The number for them is ###-###-####.
As far as dentists goes, my hubby loves James McClary here in Summerville as well. My hubby has very sensitive teeth and he says they are wonderful, they are located on Pine Street, and their number is ###-###-####.

Hi D., Welcome to Charleston.I have been here for 10years now.My husband and I are from Pa. I go to Dr.Canfield @ Palmetto Primary Care. They are across the street from Summerville Med.Center on springview lane. They are great for a family Dr. I also took my children to Gateway Academy.They where great also.I went to the one in West Ashely,but i'm sure the one on Troll Rd. is great too.
