New Deck or Patio Needed in Lake Highlands Area

Does anyone know of someone who is good at building decks or putting in a patio- we moved into our Lake Highland home last summer and the deck is falling apart. Our infant son is just a few months from walking and we need to look at replacing!
Also if anyone can recommend a landscape company or person to take out old bushes, add topsoil and then plant sod???
