If you need full time care First Baptist downtown offers a great program. If you are looking more for PDO St. Lukes has a great program.

I hope this helps.

If you are anywhere close to the Plano area, then you HAVE to go check out Primrose. The phone number to one of the locations is ###-###-####. They are both owned by the same family and are WONDERDUL! You must go tour to get a real feel for the environment.

Good luck!

You might want to start with your church, if you have joined one. Many churches have Mother's Day Out/Parent's Day Out programs. That is what we use and they also have drop in care at the church.

Another suggestion is to check with Campfire. They have give referrals and you can do some of the searching yourself and then if you don't have the time they can do it for you, however there is a fee. One way we found someone is from the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services-Basically Child Protective Services website and they give reviews online that you can go and check. I would recommend going to the State of Texas/Department of Adult and Family Protective Services website. You could also call them and get the website, sorry I don't have it handy. They acutally have to do inspections on the home daycares, child licensing centers,etc.... You can see how they are doing from their standpoint.

Hope this helps, C.

Primrose in Bedford is also excellent. Their number is ###-###-####. If you're looking for in-home care in the Grapevine area, Bertha Robison is excellent. She only cares for children up to 2 years and offers a loving, "grandmother" approach to early childcare. Both of my daughters stayed with her from birth to 2 years + and we love her dearly. Her number is ###-###-####.

T.---Look at the Children's Protective Services website. Any center or home care provider should be licensed and you should be able to find their standing on this website. It will also give you a list of providers in your area.

Go to http://www.dfps.state.tx.us/Child_Care/About_Child_Care_L... and do a search.

Hi Tayna Are you wanting to take your child to a day care facility? I know of two great day cares her in lubbock
