Needing a New Pediatrician
Our pediatrician just sold his practice. I have had him since my first was born. He was affiliated with Lutheran General and Children's Memorial. I have a wonderful referral for a new doctor who is with RUSH, but I would like to hear from any moms who have a great doctors at Lutheran. I really want the doctor to be affiliated with both Lutheran and Children's. My OB/GYN is Dr. Koss at Lutheran, all three of my children where born there, and I would like to continue going to Park Ridge for office visits. I do not want to use the hospital referral service. Not opposed to a GP. Thanks in advance for any recommendations.

I have been very happy with Suburban Pediatrics ###-###-#### (esp. Dr. FLynn & Dr. JOyce). They areaffiliated with Lutheran and around about a mile or so away from the hospital.

B.,
I love Park Ridge Pediatrics on Washington in Park Ridge. All female docs of varying ages and philosophies and a great nursing staff. My only "negative" would be the gal that answers the phones and makes appointments is a bit abrupt at times. We had our daughter at Lutheran and my ob's (Drs Carson & Webber) recommended them. Not sure if they're affiliated with Children's. Oh yea, they've always run on time and spend a good deal of time with you at each visit!

We have been going to Suburban Pediatrics which is near Golf Mill (aff. with Luth. Gen) for 2.5 years now. I am very pleased with them and especially like drs Joyce and Flynn. There are about 5 doctors in the practice. Good luck!

HI,
I delivered last Dec'05 in Lutheran. My Pediatricain is affiliated with Lutheran and it is a group pRactice. They have offices in Glenview and Buffalo grove and another location. I go to Dr. Ronald Cohn and really like the flexibility as i can schedule appointments on Saturday's as well.
Here's their number at Glenview ###-###-####

I have a five year old and we have been seeing Dr. Cathy
Di Vincenzo since his birth. She is wonderful, compassionate doctor with a practice in Skokie. However, she is affliated with Luth. Gen. I am also a patient of Dr. Koss.
I don't mind going to Skokie to see Dr. Cathy - it isn't really too far and she has walk-in sick hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 9:30am . The phone # is ###-###-#### - sorry i don't have the address handy. good luck with your search.
