Need White Dress for 8 Year Old

My daughter is getting baptized in April. I need/want a modest, whte dress for her to wear. I really don't want to spend $70-80 that Sears was charging. Where can I get a nice, modest, inexspensive (not cheap) white dress for an 8 year old girl?

We looked at a few places. We ended up buying a beautiful dress at White Elegance and got the dress, shoes and socks for the price of the dress at Sears. thanks.

You can look at the ones at the Distribtion Centers. I think they are rather cute. And not to much. Also Easter is right around the corner so you can find some good deals.

I've seen white dresses at Burlington Coat Factory in Orem. They usually have a couple of different styles, some with sleeves and are generally a decent price. I haven't ever looked at that particular size, so I don't know prices, but I get really cute/dressy easter dresses there for between $20 and $30 in size 5. I have seen white ones on the isles larger than my daughters size, but have never looked very close. It would be worth looking in to. Good luck. It is difficult to find modest dresses for girls sometimes. Hope you find something!

I love April Cornell's classic white dresses. I've had them in every size for my girls since they were babies. I just saw them on sale at Four and Twenty Sailors in SLC, but I've gotten them new off of eBay also. HTH!

Jolene's has an outlet store at VF factory outlets in Draper. They have a great selection and are usually less expensive than their other stores.

You can try Jolene's in the Valley Fair Mall. I remember getting white dresses there that were around $40-$50 sometimes cheaper.

JoLene's has some really cute dresses. I don't know how much they cost, though.

It's harder if you are determined to get just white. If it's an LDS baptism, she won't wear the dress for the baptism itself, you know. And she can look cute in another color for the dress, if you're okay with that.

The distribution center has some nice dresses. Also check White Elegance. They have coupons in the Coupon Calendar that came in the mail at the beginning of the year. That is where we got my daughters dress.

Target has a cute sleveless dress for only $14.99 that you could add a white T-shirt under, it is a bit casual though. http://www.target.com/Girls-Cherokee-Sleeveless-Voile-Dre.... I bought the same dress for my girls in green and blue and it looks cute with a T-shirt under it. It is a cute spring/summer dress.

White Elegance in Murray. It is opposite Fashion Place Mall on I think it is 6200 S .It is in a strip mall that backs onto the I 215. They have a good selection and if I remember good prices.
