I have a ton of them... what kinds of foods do you like to eat? I was on WW when I was in Washington and very interested in doing it again... after a year here I have put some weight back on ... but I need a friend to go with.. where and when do you go?

Did you know that Weight Watchers has a cookbook? I purchased mine at Barnes and Nobles. If I remember, it was around $20. The book has a ton of great recipes. If I was you, I'd pick it up.

Good luck with your weight loss goals!

My friend uses Recipeczar (sp?) and she gets tons of recipes.

I am doing South Beach and I LOVE it so far.

I wish you well.
