I do it myself directly through the airlines and hotel websites.
Granted, I have been doing this for years with hubby's business travel so I pretty much know the ropes on the sites.
I don't see paying someone else extra when I can do it myself and get what I want. I've booked several trips to Disney in FL, South Beach, Hawaii twice plus others.
