Hi Mom's
I have a website and want to put a video tied to music on it! How do I do this? And, does anyone have some advice for creating such. Everytime we get behind the camera to shoot, we are too nervous and miss getting the point across with the script. Etc. If only I had a model to help! Any advice you can lend would be most appreciated.

I just got an e-mail from snapfish.com about a slide show set to music. I didn't really look into it, but ironic that I read this right after. You should check it out.

Hello K.,

Try smilebox.com. you can create a 'slide show' add background music --they have a wide selection--. you can try the free version. I do short videos of the kids and make a smilebox and send it to the grandparents. it's really cool! Good luck! ~C.~

Hi K.
I have a friend here in town whose specialty is website videos. You can check out his website here: www.VideosForYourWebsite.com

I also know another lady who could help you, Suzanne Harris, she can help with professional video and is VERY cost effective (she specializes in weddings). Her website is www.girlsinwhitedresses.net

Don't know if it's what you need or not. Best wishes to you and your web-venture!

Have you tried uploading music into your FTP file? (This would be for music only)

A very simple fix would be to upload the video to youtube.
After you have it uploaded, you can "embed" the link onto your site. To do this, you simply go to the html settings and plop it in wherever you want the video to go.

If you are wanting something more "professional" than this, you would have to see if your site is capable of doing this, then call for support.

Good luck!

I like to use the website http://www.onetruemedia.com for videos. You can upload the videos...add music, add layouts, and it gives you the html code to post in your website. It is free for a few designs and songs, but to get access to everything (which I recommend) you pay a yearly fee of about 39.99. Good luck!!!
