Need to Make Some Extra Cash
Well I know I posted this once before but I do need to make a little extra cash to help keep us get caught up. My hubby has the job in our family and has to take off alot b/c his mom has brain cancer and he has to help take care of her during the day so he gets called home from work and it leaves us a little short at times. I know there really isnt alot of ligit jobs that you can do from home (esp that you dont have to invest $ into like selling makeup which I dont want to do again). If anyone knows of anything please let me know.
I am a stay at home mom of a 4 yr who may start the PPCD program which is 5 days a week for 3 hrs so I will have a little free time w/ out her soon hopefully. I was thinking of maybe picking up a few homes to clean (never done others than family and my own but Im a clean freak so I figure that would be easy). I may even want to watch a child or two. That may be a bit harder seeing that she will maybe start school soon so Im not too sure on that idea yet. Well if anyone can think of something Id be willing to give it a a shot. Thanks! C.

This isn't really a way to make extra money, but I know for people who are toughing it out, www.angelfoodministries.com is a great resource. You get great quality groceries for a very small amount of money. (it's non-denominational and there are NO strings attached).
Just sign up and pick up your food, that's it. My friend who is recently divorced with 4 children has used this and she says it's great.

How about a part-time job at a store that you love? When I stayed home with DD, I worked at Michael's PT just to give me some extra play money and an employee discount at the same time! Working at a retail place will give you the flexibility a mom needs, plus it allows you to pick up extra shifts if you want to make a little more money that week, say for a special occasion or to make up for your hubby's lost wages due to his mom's illness (sorry to hear about that, btw). Take care.. :) But if you decide to clean houses, I have a customer in mind! ;)
