Need Realtor Recommendation for Selling

Hi, all! We would appreciate receiving some realtor recommendations to sell a townhouse in southern Buffalo Grove. The realtor MUST live in the area to be considered (a personal peeve). Any people or companies would help us get started rather than just "rolling the dice." Thanks very much!!

Im an insurance agent in AZ. Insurance agents, realtors and mortgage brokers all work together behind the scenes. So if you have an agent for your home/auto insurance or mortgage, ask them for a referral, they should know several for you to choose from. Good luck!!!

I highly recommend Janice Weiner with Re/Max Suburban. Cell - ###-###-####. Web - JaniceWeiner.com. We've worked with her several times and she has been in business for almost 30 years. I know that Buffalo Grove is just one of her specialty areas and I believe she lived there as well!

I recommend Lynn Barras from Baird & Warner. She works out of the Winnetka office, but lives in Northbrook and is very familiar with the area. Lynn was our realtor when we bought our house in Deerfield 8 years ago and we were very happy with her. The next time we need a realtor, we will work with her again.

We sold my condo in Wheeling and bought a house in Mount Prospect several years back with Mark Pontrelli of Century 21 1st Class. I believe he works out of Arlington Heights. He was fantastic, would definitely use him again.
