Need Personalized Invitation for Birthday

Does anyone know of a reputable and good local or online company that does personalized birthday party invitations (I actually need it to be Elmo)? I used an online company to design something - I got a draft proof and then heard nothing. I just recently found out they have lots of complaints with the BBB. Thanks in advance!

Walmart and Target actually do a really great job. I used to order from a fancy store in Fort Worth (paid a fortune). Both Walmart and Target have different characters to choose from. I know one of them has Elmo. We used Scooby Doo this year and they turned out so so cute. You can do it online or in the store. The selection online is a little better though.

My daughter has used Paper Dots on S. Cooper in Arlington. They have lots to choose from. You could call first and see if they have anything Elmo!

I've ordered from numerous people on ebay and have always been very satisfied. I just recently had some personalized baby shower invites done and they were perfect and only cost me $15 including shipping!
