Our real estate agent Gary Salem was great! http://www.garysalem.com/ He is with Baird Warner. He was recommended by a friend (they bought one of the first 3 houses he showed them) and we recommended him to another friend and they purchased the second weekend or so after he showed them houses. We were in no hurry and he shopped with us for 5 months -- yeah -- we made him earn his commission, unfortunately but we weren't settled on which suburb we wanted. He also has his own condo renovation/sales which he does on the side. I am not sure if you are looking for someone who mostly does buyer side or sellers...he does both. Good luck.
