Need New Convertible Carseat

I have the triumph and it works well. The straps can be a little bit annoying sometimes, but for almost half the price of the Britax, I'm okay with that.

Go up to Babies r us and try them both out in your car, the thing that matters most is which one works in your car best, for fit and snugness.

I love my Britax! I have the Decathlon, it is bigger than the others, but I really like how they are made. I feel like I purchased the best product out there. I don't think I will ever use another brand.

I have a Britax Marathon and love it. I also recommend the Marathon over the Roundabout because it is a little larger and will stay with your child longer.

I have both and HATE the Triumph. The straps are a major pain for me. I LOVE the Britax but I wish I would have gotten the larger one as well. They grow so fast!

Without a doubt, the Britax. I'd actually recommend the Marathon over the Roundabout, though, since it's got a higher weight limit, so you can use it longer. My in-laws have the Triump, we have the Marathon. And while both are fine, the Britax is a cushier seat that looks much more comfortable. And, what I love the most is that the seatbelts never twist, but they twist horribly in the Triumph.

I am so sold on our Britax Marathon that I wouldn't even think about getting anything else other than Britax. When I did the research 3 yrs ago, nothing could compare to the safety of the Britax. So, if the Evenflo has improved, I would then look at the design. With our Marathon, my toddler is able to fall asleep comfortably (without her head dangling from side to side). I have not seen that in any of the other convertable seats. Good luck!

We have the Triumph and love it. We selected it because it was smaller than the Roundabout and we need to have two carseats in the car. The only problem we have has is with tangled straps. That was easily remedied, however by pulling the straps through my straigtening iron (for my hair).
