Need New A/C Unit

We use Scott Roan of Micron Cooling in Carrollton. He works out of his home. He was an engineer who designed systems then decided he wanted to do more hands on stuff. More professional than anyone I have ever dealt with in regards to home repairs. He also is very fair on billing. He didn't charge us a cent until he actually had the problem fixed not just "probably" fixed. We have used him for at least 6 years. He is very conscious of budget needs.

I too live in Carrollton and we used T&M A/C and Heating. We were very happy with the level of service and their pricing. Their number is ###-###-####.

We recommend Collin Air in Plano. We built our house in 2000 and the units plus furnace the builder put in were extemely poor quality.

Within 3 years we replaced EVERYTHING.....furnace, wiring, units....you name it. If the builder put it in, we ripped it out.

Brian and his team are fantastic. They did a great job for us. They always follow up. If I ever call them, they are out here the same day. We've had no issues with the system we put in. I've only called to have routine care for them.

I have always found success in asking the older and wiser folks for referrals. They know how to get quality for what they need to use their money for. So...if it were me, I would first call my AC guy: Ken Hancock ###-###-#### I would let him know where you live and what your need is. He will let you know if he can do it and if not he can recommend someone who won't rip you off. I especially appreciate Ken because as a single mom I can be confident that he gives me quality advice and he is not out to make billions off of me. He is more than fair and I highly recommend him.
