My daughter is 20wks old and has been in day care since I went back to work. I would really like to find a loving stay at home mom that would like to make some extra money or someone who would like to share a nanny. I dread everyday I leave her at day care. please help!!!

people put ads up all the time saying they are a stay at home mom looking to take care of another baby also. Or it would be a perfect place to put an ad looking for a new daycare. I would also check out www.azchildcare.org this is a childcare referral agency that fingerprints, background checks, first aid /cpr certifies and teaches early childhood educ class to all family daycare people. You can do an online search by zipcode.
