My 4 year old son and his friend decided to put eyelash glue on our puppy's yesterday. The dogs are fine, there are just some spots on their backs....but I cannot get this stuff off!! I tried giving them a bath and putting rubbing alcohol on it..but it's still really sticky. Please, any suggestions would be great. Thanks :)

What can I do next?

My mom always told me to use peanut butter or cooking oil to get chewing gum out of my hair. It might work for you. Good luck!

You may be able to use a little WD-40, I wouldn't spray it directly on the dog, but on your finger and try to rub it out. You would be amazed at what you can use WD-40 for!

My mom used peanut butter to get sap out of my hair and gum out of carpet. Worked great.

According to the superglue website acetone is suppose to do the trick. Most nail polish removers have acetone. I imagine if it works for superglue it will work for eye lash glue. I hope this helps! :0)

Hi Brenda,

Try Goo Gone. I bought a bottle at Safeway. One of my sons put gum in the other son's hair. I put Goo Gone on his hair and the gum came right out.
