What is the best way to clean off paint stains from my daughter's clothes.
She goes to preschool and loves to paint. Everyday the clothes come home painted. I use DREFT for laundry as her skin is very sensitive. How do I clean her clothes so they come out clean and she is not affected by the chemicals?

Have you used the DRFET spot and stain remover. I get it at Target and I use it for my kids messes and it is amazing I also add about 1 cup of baking soda to the wash water when they have stained clothes. For some reason it helps break down the stains too. With the paint clothes I would pre treat then let sit soaking in water with the stain remover overnight then wash the next day. If that does not work go to Martha Stewart's web site she has a ton of laundry stain solutions in a printable pdf. Good luck

Hi S. - I know the feeling - my son is in preschool and I always know what colors he has used at the end of the day. I use a laundry care system that is all safe and non-toxic but extremely powerful and concentrated. Its as safe as Dreft but removes all kinds of stains (I've gotten blood, fingernail polish and more out) and is only 16 cents per load. You can learn more by going to www.saferforyourhome.com or just call me at ###-###-#### or send me a message and I'll be happy to share more information. Thanks!

p.s. I don't sell the products but can show you how you can order directly from the manufacturer

My daughter is also a budding artist. I will have to agree with the other ladies. Ecosense really works and has made a huge difference in our skin. The same manufacture has a product that can take out pretty much anything. I can show you more if you are interested.

Hi S.
My daughter and husband have very sensitive skin and the only thing I have found and got rid of the itchies is a product line called EcoSense. I've been using them for a year now and love love love it! I'll never go back to the old grocery store cleaners! They're totally affordable and safe for your family!
Good Luck! S.

I use Biz with the Dreft. I have done this with both children and it hasn't irritated their skin.

Clorox 2 in every load works well too- my kids clothes rarely had stains when they came out of the wash (but usually covered before washing)
