Need Help Locating Small House to Rent

I live in Westworth Village, which is really the same area. I see for rent signs, but road construction is driving people away. I live over in the Ridglea area and I always see for rent signs over here esp on my street. If you are interested in this area send me a message and I will tell you what street I live on and where I have seen alot of signs. Hope this helps!!!!

Hi C.! We are about to move out of our rent house and into our first home we're purchasing. The rent house is close to Arlington Heights (in between Hulen St and Bryant Irvin off of I30). I personally think its the cutest house in the neighborhood. It's got a white picket fence, huge back yard, lots of trees, corner lot, 2 br/1bath, plus a den, dining room, and living area (all seperate rooms but it flows together nicely). It's also got a nice garage, a carport, and a patio. The rent is $750 which is an amazing price for this house and our landlord is great! We had credit issues when we rented the house but I'm not sure what exactly his stipulations are. He's showed the house twice since we put in our 30 day notice, but I havent heard of any one signing a contract yet. Give him a call and he'll take you to see it. David ###-###-####.
