Need Hair Stylist Recommendation in White Lake/Waterford/Clarkston-ish

Hi Mamas, I just got a haircut I'm not happy with and need it fixed asap! I have SUPER thick hair, and used to have a wonderful lady who would razor cut it (I think that's what it's called...she told me beauty schools don't teach it anymore, though) and use the thinning shears to make it lay just right. The salon she worked in closed, though, and I've lost track of her.:(
I live in White Lake and would love some recommendations!
Thanks so much.:)

What can I do next?

Hope that helps,

Go to Sherrie at Shear Identity in Highland (corner of M-59 and Duck Lake Rd.). She is GREAT with the razor. She has ALWAYS given me great haircuts. Plus she actually listens to what you want and delivers!
Hope you see her. You will not be disappointed.
Best of wishes,

I see Kathy from Harbor Salon in keego harbor. I've been to many stylists and she is by far the best! I too have VERY thick hair, she always thins it out for me and I've NEVER been unhappy with her work. I usually spend about $100 including tip for wash, cut, highlights, style!

more then Hair in Clarkston (on dixie accross from Mc Donalds in the plaza by subway)- Tina, She is good with thick hair

I know that Colleen Colby would be able to take care of you. I can't remember exactly but I think she's talked about razor cuts. She's been in the business for over 25 years and does a really great job with my hair. She is at Onyx, Gateway Plaza, on the corner of Andersonville and White Lake Roads, Clarkston. The number there is ###-###-####. Good luck. D.

Dori Dieck at Dolly's Salon on M-59 (across from the airport) in Waterford is a genius in the hair department! She's also an all around wonderful gal. Look her up!
