Deborah Schram 11 W Monument Ave ###-###-#### is a real go getter!
My husband went through a divorce where he was trying to get custody of his children....at the time Dad getting custody was unheard of. The kids were 5 and 18mths. He did get custody by the way. We had Deborah Schram on retainer for quite some time. My husbands ex was always doing something...
taking the kids out of state without letting us know. Letting them drink wine coolers at her birthday party...
Putting them in danger.
Anyway, she is a GREAT attorney.
Good Luck!

Well, I'm not sure where you're at, but if you're in Lucas county, send me a PM and I will give you the name and number of my lawyer. He was absolutely awesome. As far as him "getting out of paying" he just can't do that. The courts don't care if you're working or not, you are still responsible financially. In Lucas Co, they base it on a 40/week minimum wage job for anyone who is unemployed. Even if he is not paying, as long as he has an order, it will keep adding up and won't just go away. I have lots of stories on this subject I'd be happy to share. Just get a hold of me. BTW, congrats on your new found freedom. I know exactly how wonderful you feel right now.

dear B.,

whatever u do do NOT go to kent depoorter! he use to be on paragon rd. not sure if he had any other locations. this man did NOTHING to stand up for me, even when he was given a name of a lady from children's services who said she's stand up for me. in the end it seemed to me mr. depoorter was more on my ex's side than mine!
now my ex had terry posey. he seemed to do a really good job(at least for my ex). not sure how he is for the females.

good luck. and take care.

Mary Ann & David Wunder are who I used. They're a husband & wife team but are fabulous & take payments on the fees.

Wow very sorry to hear of your dilemma. I hated going through my divorce or I should say the idea of going through a divorce. But I decided to go the no lawyer route and would do it again in a heartbeat. We have 3 kids and were able to put all our visitation agreements and everything on the paperwork. I was able to divide our property and do everything online. I told my sister about them...http://www.divorce4her.com/testimonies.html she was extremely happy to save time, money and embarrassment of divorce by how simple and quick it was. Good luck always!

Heather Sowald is awesome! She's not inexpensive, but she'll fight for you.

Don't know of anyone, but good luck to you. Just wondering what your dream job is.

Do NOT use Paul Winterhalter - whatever you do.

you can talk to Walter Galvin at Tracy and Tracy LLC in West Carrollton. I have used him for other matters but have discussed child support and medical payment issues with him and he seems on his game. I also understand that this practice has a reputation for being good for family law. there are also 3 other attys there if you want to discuss with any of them.

Good Luck. I have been in your shoes and when all is said and done - you will feel 100% better.
