I think the key to finding something successful is figure out what you're good at and (I hate this expression) "think outside the box". What was your job before you had kids? What are your hobbies and interests? For example, do you love to cook? How about looking into becoming a Pampered Chef rep?

I am a stay at home mom and I run a daycare out of our home. That was the only way I could stay home with my kids and still make some extra money.
