Need Entertainer for 3Rd Birthday ( NO Clowns,Winnie the poo,Princess)
I am having a party for my daughters 3 rd birthday in 2 weeks I need some ideas to do have a entertainer or have someone come in and do some craft with the kids) all the kids range there are about 15 kids but the range between 3 months and 6 years.
My daughter is scared of the clown ,princess etc so all that stuff is out.
We are going to have a pool party but i need some games or something to engage the kids for about 30 -45 mins..
Mamas i can use some ideas.I was thinking like a teenage who would do some cool stuff with the kids for 30 -45 mins.
BUT any other ideas are most welcome

Mister David is amazing! My son loves him, and we're thinking about having him this year for his b-day. He doesn't do crafts, but he sings and does a whole show. http://www.misterdavidonline.com/

Maybe a Face Painter or I thought about this Noah's Ark Animal Workshop. They come to your home and it is a lot like Build A Bear.

At 3 you don't really need that much entertainment. All we did at our pool party was have everyone get in when they got there. Most of them played for an hour. Got out for cake and ice cream, then present time. Made a game out of present time. (Pass the presents all around to music, when the music stopped, whatever the birthday child had was what she got to open.) By then they are all excited and ready to go home. The pool wore most of them out and I think anything else would have been overkill (took all told about 2 hours). One word of caution with a pool party for this or any age. An assigned life guard is a NECESSITY!! Even though most of them will be with their parents things happen. You really want someone to do nothing but watch the pool and the kids in it. Luckily for me, DH was a lifeguard in high school, so he always gets stuck with that duty. The kids think it's cool when Daddy brings out his old whistle.

Pool parties are fun and most of the kids are going to be enjoying the water. What about a balloon artist or a puppet show. Or maybe even a face painter. Check out the dallaschild.com website they have all kinds of listing for people who entertain.
