I just use whatever cleaner they carry at Target for class tops, but the key I think is a thin little yellow scrub pad that came with our house. It is specifically for glass tops and doesn't scratch. I don't know what it is called, but maybe look at Home Depot or online.

I use scrapper (with a blade) to get rid of those burned and special cleaner. (for glass top use only! you can find it in local stores like Home Depot or online like amazon.com, just type in key words "ceramic top cleaner")

Try Pledge Multi Surface Cleaner- I love it, and it doesn't leave streaks. Hope this helps!
