I have had terrible luck with my last 2 cell phones!!! I am starting all over, again, and have the choice of: blackberry curve, LG envy and the Dare. Would love to know if anyone has had any positive and maybe more importantly, and negative experiences with any of these phone.
Thanks
N.

my husband works with the blackberry and does not like it.
i have the dare and i love it. i have had many cell phones and this one i will keep for a long time.
I can do so much with it. the only thing is that you have to do everything on the screen there is no key pad. i like it. it took a little getting used to but i had it mastered in days.
good luck

I know this is not one of the choices you mentioned, but I just got the LG Decoy and I love it. It comes with a bluetooth attached to it that you can detach to use and it charges when you attach it back to the phone. The great thing about this is that its the best bluetooth device I've tried yet. The quality of the sound for both me and the person on the receiving end is great. The phone is also really practical to use.
Good luck with your decision.

The Blackberry is a great phone. If you are not already locked in I know where you can get the best price on it. Let me know if you want the site.

I have the LG Envy and I absolutly LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I wanted it for the easy tex screen and internet access. It has met all my needs and I am very happy with it. I have the protection plan with Verizon and my daughter dropped my phone in coffee and I was sent a new phone the next day.

I have had really good luck with ALL of my LG phones. I actually had an envy for 2 years with no problems whatsoever. My husband has a blackberry and find it very difficult to operate. I don't know anything about the Dare. Hope this helps. Good luck!

I would go with the envy. I know so many people with that phone, my husband included and have never heard anything negative about any of them. I'm sure you'll be happy with it.

Hi N.,

I have a blackberry and I think it's been the most reliable phone i've owned. I used to have a windows operating system when I purchased the Treo and it gave me nothing but trouble. It was very unstable and would crash all the time and then all of my emails stopped working one account at a time. Once i got the blackberry it seemed much easier and user friendly. it's not as advanced as some of the windows phones but if you are looking for reliability then blackberry is the way to go in my opinion. I make sure I do all of my research before buying a phone as well so go to www.cnet.com and type in the phones name and see what customers who have purchased the phones think of it as well as the tech geeks because they can give good advice such as does it break easily when dropped, if it's compatible with bluetooth earpieces, what programs you can use on the phones, as well as the life expectancy of it.

I work from home as a telecom broker. I've found a great website that I use myself to assist my clients when choosing a new phone: www.cnet.com

Great reviews and videos on all the latest phones, and older models, too. All those choices can sometimes be overwhelming.

If anyone out there would like assistance when it's time to get a new phone, or you would just like to utilize my FREE evaluation of you cell phone, and other telecom services, contact me directly. In additional to cell phones for all major carriers, I also broker satellite TV, home security, land line/analog service, Voip Service, etc. Happy to see if I can save you some money on your services!

It sounds like you are with Verizon? If so, look into the Chocolate. I have one (the "cherry" one) and I absolutely LOVE it!!! It's simple enough to understand how to use, but still looks cool and takes pictures. Good luck! :)

my daughter spent hours and weeks researching cell phones. we all have the blackberry pearl (5 of us) and they are awesome. i bet the curve is too, we just wanted a small phone. with the 1 gig chip you can put awesome photos that are so clear and big on the screen and put music on there just to play through the head phones while grocery shopping. this is a new thing for me and i love shopping with my own music playing. love the pearl

I have the Curve and I love it. I use to have the Pearl and loved it too. But the Curve has the full size keyboard and that was the attraction for me. I guess bottom line is what you need it for. If it is for business purpose I think the Curve is great. If it is just for you than you have to think about the fact that if you get any kind of blackberry is that you will also have to pay for internet connection.
