I have used Joy Carpet Cleaning in Plano. They use a natural cleaning ingredient and don't use water/steam or chemicals. They can also have contacts for people that can stretch your carpet and will coordinate with them to have them do the stretching and then they will come and do the cleaning. I have been very pleased with their service and product. Best of luck!
