Need Buyer for 2 Bdr/2 Bth Condo ASAP! Please Help!

I am looking for a buyer interested in a 2 bedroom condo in Logan Square. We were supposed to sell today and buy our dream home in the suburbs, but our buyer lost his job and can't get financing. We still want to buy our house, but can't afford 2 mortgages for more than a month or two. If you or anyone you know is looking for a nice condo in a small building, with reasonable assessments, on a quiet street, near dining, shopping and a movie theater, please respond.
