E.,

I recommend Dr. Cindy Mingea and her husband is a heart doctor.

My daughter goes to her to and delivered her baby on May, 2007.

I lOVE my Dr, and he is located next to Seton Central in Seton Park Tower currently. He is a part of Austin Area OBGYN, and there are several great ones to choose from. They are building a state of the art facility up at St Davids North Hospital that will open sometime late spring '09, but it will be worth the drive. His name is Robert Cowan, and here is their website...http://www.austinobgyndoctors.com/. Good luck:)

Hi E.: I live in Southwest Austin. My OB/GYN is Dr. Tara Cherry. She was my OB for my daughter and also did my surgery when I had a ovarian cyst removed last year. Great doctor, great bedside manner. Very approachable.

She works with Austin Regin Clinic (ARC) so its a good bet your insurance will be accepted. Her office is located off HWY 290, near St. David's Hospital. Regular parking lot (no parking lot charge):

My OB/GYN is Dr. Robert Cowan. He's with a very large practice that is housed next to Seaton mid-town: Austin Area OB/GYN at 1301 W. 38th Street Suite 109 (can you tell I have their card right here?). The phone number is ###-###-####. All of the doctors in that practice are amazing. Dr. Cowan was with me through two full pregnancies, one miscarriage and a hysterectomy. He is compassionate, kind and very willing to just sit down and talk about any concerns you have.

Hope this helps! If you go to him, tell him that I said hello! ;-)

Hi E.,
My Doctor is with the Women's Renaissance Group. Her name is Doctor Laura Merrit. I love her and would go where ever she is located. But its nice that her office is so easy to get to. Its right across from the North Austin Medical Center (just off Mopac before you hit Parmer.) Its just so convenient. Good Luck
