I don't know what Inches A Weigh is, but I just lost 15lbs, 17 inches and 4.5% body fat with a program called "Cinch". Easiest weight loss I've ever done! I've got a friend that did it with me, I beleive she lost 20 lbs, 17 inches and went down 2 jean sizes.

I don't know anything about Inches-A-Wiegh and I don't know where you live but the program I am having great success with is Healthy Inspirations (formerly SlenderLady) in Schaumburg - ###-###-####, located on Wise Rd, just west of Roselle Rd. Ask for Tina (owner) or Emily.
