Need a Suggested Book for Book Club
We've just started our book club and I need suggestions for our next book. So far, we have read "Angry Housewifes' Eating Bon Bons" By Lorna Landvik, and "The Tenth Circle" By Jodi Picoult.
It's my choice to pick the next book and I have no idea what to choose. I find that I am really enjoying the Jodi Picoult books, however I want to try a different author.
Thanks!

Something a little lighter that I'm surprised hasn't been mentioned is the Twilight series from Stephenie Meyer.
There are 4 books in the series and each one gets better & better! Most people who read these books can't put them down and you find yourself finishing a book in two days, or less!!! I've personally got several people to read them and everyone has LOVED them and finished all 4 in record time!
The books in order are:
Twilight
New Moon
Eclipse
Breaking Dawn
The books are basically a Romeo & Juliet type love-story, set in modern day, with a twist. The movie comes out right before Thanksgiving, so hurry and then you all can go see the movie!

In our book club, we're reading The Shack by William P Young, and it's a mind-bender and great for discussion.

In our book club we just finished reading the Last Lecture by Randy Pausch. We are reading Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortrnson and David Oliver Relin. The Memory Keepers Daughter by Kim Edwards is also a good book.
We love Jodi Picoult books too. She has so many great books.
Have Fun!

I have a PDF copy of Suze Orman's Woman and Money I downloaded for free off Oprah's website a few months ago. It's 274 pages I think. You can forward to all your friends and the don't have to purchase this one.. Send me a message with your e-mail if you would like for me to e-mail it to you. I really enjoyed it. And with today's economy, we need all the tips we can get!

If you want to try something a little different, I have several friends who found "Freakonomics" to be fascinating. There is definitely a lot of fodder for discussion!
