Check out Seville Golf and Country Club. It's located at Riggs/Higley. This place is beautiful. They do weddings, meetings, and all types of private functions. There is a place on southbound Price, south of Frye, don't remember the name. I went there for a wedding reception, it was beautiful. It is indoors but it is open to the outdoor garden.

If Mesa would work, the Mesa Jaycees have a hall that they rent. I'm familiar with it and it sounds like it has everything you need, and would be reasonably priced. Check out mesajaycees.com. The contact information is there if it would work for you.

A LOT of apartment complexes have a place to rent out that is usually connected to the main pool. If you know anyone who lives in a complex check with them

If Mesa is ok I would check the Mesa Jaycee Courtyard. It is both inside & outside. They can accomodate 200 people when combining the inside with the outside. You can bring in all your own decorations, caterer & DJ. Or Beth can help you with these things as well. They are very reasonably priced. We had our wedding reception there in April & everything turned out great! Call Beth for an appointment ###-###-####.

There is the Hackett House in downtown Tempe. It is mostly outside though. But plenty of space for 50-100 people.

The Wright House is a really pretty venue and would be really pretty for a Sweet 16. When I worked I arranged the office's party and stumbled on this place. The price was very reasonable and it was beautiful inside and out. You can do indoor or outdoor or we did both because there were so many people.
Their website is thewrighthouse.com and it's located on University between Alma School and Country Club. The area around it is not the fanciest in the Valley, but I promise that the venue is gorgeous!
