Need a Non-denominational or Protestant Church
I would like to find a church that has a great Sunday school program for two little ones. ( ages 2 & 4 ). I would prefer that the church be located in the South or South Central Austin . Non- Denominational or Protestant church suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You in advanced.

We love St. Michael's Episcopal on Loop 360. We now live south, but won't consider changing. It'san easy drive from MoPac to 360, especially on a Sunday morning. Our Christian Education director is Debbie Vickery, and she has set up outstanding programs for children of all ages. Look at the program at www.st-michaels.org, or call Debbie at ###-###-#### or email her at ____@____.com.

You might also look at St. David's Church in Downtown. They are a very open minded church and I have enjoyed many of their programs, like Compline. Several of the mothers in my practice attend that church and felt really supported by it.

We've been going to Southwest Christian Church since 1978 and we are going through many wonderful changes. Come and get involved in our fun and changes. My 3 y/o grandson loves the bounce house before class starts. Here is our website that is constantly being updated.

Hi M.,
I checked out several non-denominational churches for my 2 year old about 6 months ago and found one that we LOVE LOVE LOVE. Don't let the name throw you - Church of Conscious Harmony - or CCH as I prefer - it's not "out there" as the name would imply. It's a Christian church but very accepting of all religions. The people there are wonderful and so interesting - lots of younger people and many children. We generally wear dresses but many come very casual - it's comfortable. They built a new beautiful church a few years ago near Barton Creek Country Club area with a creek running through the property, a courtyard, and great playscape with lots of trees - it's truly special. They have the best children's program and my daughter and I just love it. I would highly recommend checking it out - I haven't been a church goer since I moved to Auston for over 15 years until discovering this gem and now I'm getting involved in ways other than just Sunday church. Good luck!

We have been attending Fellowship Church Southwest for the last two years. We moved here from Chicago and were looking for a non denominational church. They have great childrens programming. We meet at Bowie High School while the new building is being built. Pastor Bob Reed is also relatable and funny. If you want anymore information or want to see a fiendly face at the door shoot me an email. I have a 2 and 4 year old boy so they would be in classes together. They put a link to my email at the bottom of my response.
