I see Dr. Short in Gurnee. he is the best. I had the same thing and had it operated on a few years ago and have never had a problem since. You can also try yoga to get rid of it.

I had a really bad case of this about 5 years ago. My chiropractor was able to show me a way to tape up my foot for about three weeks, and along with two weeks of spinal adjustments, my foot pain stopped, and it has NEVER returned, not even a hint of it.
