Need a Good Pediatric Dermatologist for My Daughter

My 6 year old daughter has something called molluscum (white bumps on her neck and chest) that have been spreading. I would like a great pediatric dermatologist to see her because they are almost on her face. Any recomendations? Thanks

What can I do next?

I take my daughter to Dr. Christy Matter (pronounced MAH-ter) in Plano on the recommendation of her pediatrician. She treats both children and adults and I now see her too since my "D Magazine best" other dermatologist made me wait 45 minutes and saw me in the exam room for only 4 minutes!! Dr. Matter called me twice personally to give me some test results and then again to see how my daughter was doing, so I highly recommend her!! Her # is ###-###-####, best of luck!!

I would be happy to see her! I have a sub specialty in pediatrics, LOVE to see kiddos.....Feel free to find more about my practice at www.dallascosmeticcenter.com

Thanks

Hi! I'm not sure if this would help or not...but I know alot of people with skin problems and when they switch their products to more "natural/green" products, the problems get better and sometimes dissappear altogether. I use these types of products and LOVE them!! They are safer and better for my whole family (kids, pets, adults)...help with Asthma, Allergies, Ezcema, symptoms of Autism and ADD...If you'd like to hear more, give me a call. The products definitely couldn't hurt!! :o)

Good luck!!

Fr. Betty Park @ Medical City Dallas - she's on the 7th floor. If memory serves me, I think the # is ###-###-####.

We LOVED her for my 4 yr old son. She too is a parent and has a wonderful way with kids and great bedside manner.

Good luck,
D.

My son has this also, if you find anyone, please let me know as well - the derm we went to was not able to fix the problem!

THANKS for asking your question Paula! I have been putting off having my little girl see a dermaologist for some time now. She just has a little bump on her face. I called Carder and have my apt Monday. Her credentials look great! I am excited. Thanks Mamas!! L.

We use Dr. Kerry Robin Carder. Her office is located off 75 near Walnut Hill. She is great...I like her much better than Fred Ghali..the other pedi dermatologist in town.
