I just had new carpeting installed last week by D&R Floors in The Colony. I worked with James, and he was very thorough but not at all pushy. The carpet is beautiful, and the installers did a prompt and professional job. I am happy to recommend them. Their showroom is at 5000 Main St. in the north wing of the Big Lots shopping center area. All Around Remodeling installed tile and hardwoods for us a little while back and they did a fantastic job.
I'm not sure if they do carpet as well because we only needed the hardwoods and tile at the time but if they don't, I'm sure they can recommend someone good that does.
