I use Celebrity Bakery. A new one just opened at Watters Creek. There is also one located at Preston/Parker in Plano and other locations in the Dallas area.

My daughter's bday is 12/27 and we special ordered her cake for her 14th party on the 27th just this week! Great cakes!

She did my son's cake for his 1st b-day - it's actually on her site in the "new" section - she re-created my dogs head on top of my son'd birthday cake - it was awesome! And it was one of the best tasting cakes I've ever had - and very reasonably priced for a custom cake. Everyone at his party thought it was the coolest cake they'd ever seen!

Bluebonnet Bakery usually accepts a 48 hour turnaround and has FABULOUS cakes - they even do custom cakes if I am remembering correctly. They are on the west side of Fort Worth on Camp Bowie but worth a call if you're in a pinch. ###-###-####
