If you cant find one, you could always go to Hobby Lobby and buy a blank shirt and make one yourself. It's easy with puffy paint and it can be a little more personalized.

The Reading Reptile in Brookside had homemade shirts. I would call to see if they have a girl shirt with the 5 on it before going since they did not have to many. You might also try Lauren Alexander in Brookside or at the Briarcliff location. They always have cute stuff and would be a good place to call.
