Hi H.! Those breast enhancement pills are a gimmick. But.. if you want to look into yourself, you can usually google the brand, and find a link that has consumer reports, so to speak. Breasts change after the birth of a child, and especially after breastfeeding. It's just par for the course. Some mom's fare better than others in this department :( Good luck.

I haven't tried anything like that, but I'm a huge advocate of natural remedies-so I'd say go for it...I mean, it might help or not. I feel for ya. I have two kids, and I was left with practically nothing after the second. I'm pregnant again, and pregnancy harmones do wonders for deflated breasts:) So unless you're planning on getting pregnant soon, if it's that much of a concern, go for it. What could it hurt? I'd just make sure I've done my research beforehand. Good luck!

Hi H.,
before you take any pill educate yourself on the active ingredients and how it works. Also talk to your doctor.
Hormones based breast enhancement creams may enhance your chance of developing cancer. Don't take the risk if you are not sure it is safe.

I hear ya! My radiologist told me about a breat suction system called Brava. She said it actually works, especially for younger women. Brava.com I think is the website. It can increase your cup size 1-2 sizes. It takes many months and like 16 hrs a day, but it supposedly works. Good Luck.

H. I am in the same boat. It is very depressing mainly that your clothes don't fit right, etc. I nursed both my boys for a year and went from a full C to saggy A(if I'm lucky). I have never heard of this and would love to hear how they work and if they are safe. Just wanted to say, I feel for you.

After breastfeeding my second baby, my boobs disappeared. Originally I was a "A" cup but after all the milk dried up, I went to a "negative A." No bra could fit me, my option is training bras or band aids! Worst part yet, I married a "Boob Man," so being naked in front of him I became very self conscious. When I got pregnant with my third baby, my breast grew back but this time to a "C" cup. I'm now looking at weening baby again and I'm honestly scared what will happen... I'm happy to hear that I'm not alone. Becoming a mommy sure does take a lot of sacrifice in many ways. I'm not sure how I'm going to feel again after the milk dries up but I do know that I really need to work on myself, if having boobs is all that I think my husband loves me for...good luck to you!

I would skip it. Maybe talk to your gyno about it and get on some birth control pills that are known to fill you up. I know how you feel. My breasts aren't the same at all. I'm thinking of getting implants when I'm finished having kids... Until then I'm just dealing with it (with the help of a push up bra:)

a good push up bra, at least then only your husband knows the truth and trust me if you're still having sex with a new baby in the house he's not going to be complaining about your cup size. :-)

and remember it happens to ALL of us

H.,
Welcome to motherhood, however I would not take and pills for my breast. I would use exercise and wear sports bras to compress the breast. I'm a breast cancer survivor and this is what my plastic surgeon has recommended. I had a mastectomy on my left breast, he lifted my right breast and put a shelf under the right breast for support. You are so young I would wait until your are done having kids. I would recommended breast enhancement surgery after having all my kids. I've had 7 surgeries in 7 years and I'm liking my new breast. My oncologist always asks how did my surgery. I went to UCLA at the Revelon Breast Center they were the greatest.
Your still young enjoy that new baby and just remember to wear a good supporting bra, your body have been through alot. Give yourself credit.

H., I am 22 and my son is going to turn 2 in may. I did the same thing as another responder, went from a full C to saggy A.(unfortunately that doesn't make much that can sag) I have heard that the pills don't work. If it really bothers you, like it does me, I would consider breast enhancement. It is a lot cheaper nowadays as it is more common.

Unfortunately it happens to all of us. So, I'm just here to give you "support" :-)!! I've spoken to so many moms about this. It's even worse after your second. Mine are pretty much "gone" now, after 2 kids. If it really bothers you & you want to do something to make a change, implants are the best route. However, there are always issues going down that road, too, as I'm sure you know. I've also heard of the pills not working. The good bra ideas sounds the best option if you're not interested in altering your body. It's amazing how our bodies transform when we're pregnant and nursing. And then, bam, it's all gone!! It's one of the only downfalls of having babies. The body is not usually ever the same again. Hang in there sister, we're all in this together, as moms!!
Take care!

Since you are active duty air force, there are some routes you can take if you want breast enhancement surgery... talk to your primary care physician. The plastic and reconstructive surgeons in the military still need to practice certain procedures to keep their board certifications. If you are a pilot, then I am not sure how it will affect your status, but don't think it's out of the realm of possiblities just because of TriCare. This route may not work if you are in a locale without a full military hospital or surgical ward. But it doesn't hurt to ask!!!

H.~ I would try getting a good bra! Victoria's Secret has some great ones, and they are probably a lot cheaper than some pill~

I had the same problem after my first child. I'm about to wean my second child and they aren't lookin too pretty, so I feel your pain.

My friend tried them, nothing. I don't know which brand she tried, but I think her conclusion was how in the heck would a pill know how to increase your breast, but not other body parts. She was left with the same size chest, but a smaller wallet. Good luck, I hope you have different results.

I am going to go out on a limb here. A lot of the pills don't work and cause water retention. I know of only one that works. It is my alternative to implants since I cannot go that route.

The one that IS working for me is called Bountiful Breast (you can google it). It does not cause water retention. It causes your body to replace the fatty tissue in your breast. It is sometimes slow going, but there is substance where my breasts used to be deflated. Even my husband has commented on it.

Breast enhancement pills do not work. Don't waste your money. Your breasts grow in one of two ways. First, they have fatty tissue. And there's nothing that can SPOT enhance with fatty tissue. Second, they enlarge to accomodate milk in the many milk ducts. Short of implants or getting pregnant again, your best bet is to invest in a bra which has been professionally fitted. Nordstroms does fittings. I'm sure other places do to. When I did this years ago, the difference was amazing. I had a few people ask me if I had augmentation surgery. Nope, just got a decent bra that fits right. Best wishes to you.

They do not work. I am in the health field and I have many doctor friends. They all say that there is no magic pill. A good bra or a breast augmentation are your only options. Good luck.

don't waste your money. I tried them and all it does is increase the water you retain. so yes you do feel bigger but so does everything else. i gained weight and as soon as you don't take them you are back to where you started. i can't remember the name but they are all the same no matter what they are called. good luck
