My Friend Needs a Good Divorce Lawyer
They were married for 4 years with two little girls by now. Well he slapped his wife for a good reason, but only happened once. Now he is sorry and he wants to get back with the wife and the kids, but she won't. He also doesn't have a lawyer and he came to US 4 years ago. He doesn't know a lot of people since he was a stay at home dad. His wife always worked (she is a nurse) and he had to deal with the kids. His wife didn't let him go and fine a job, so he just stayed home. After all this happened his wife kicked him out. He didn't have any money since she has everything. She brought him to US and she took advantage of him. Please, if anybody knows a good divorce lawyer please let me know. He needs help to get back with his family. His wife wants to charge him as criminal too. I am not saying what he did was right, but I think he has the right to a good lawyer.

While I have to take the side of the wife regarding being hit...it never just happens once, I do happen to know a great divorce lawyer. Don't know where he is at, but if he is anywhere near Waukegan, Illinois, have him contact Mary Jo Jacquette in Waukegan. She is a great lawyer and has reasonable fees. Her number can be found in the yellow pages.

The best in all McHenry county is Joesph Gitlin in Woodstock but I am not sure if he is practicing any more. His son also practices lawyer. The firm is The Gitlin Law Firm, P.C., of Woodstock, Illinois, practices exclusively in the following Illinois counties: McHenry County, Lake County, Kane County, Boone County and DeKalb County, Illinois. I have never went through a divorce but my husband used them when he divorced his first wife and when he was have problems with child support.
