My Daughter Ate Some Inked Paper This Morning

my favorite snack as a 4 year old apparently was newspapers. my mom said i'd eat them everywhere i found them. i never got sick nor was taken to doctor about it. i am sure she will be fine.

I suppse it would depend on how much she ate. Not that this is the same thing, but my daughter ate a little bit of lilac bush leaf the other day and she's fine. If she (your daughter) ate just a little bit, I'm sure she'll be fine. This is going to sound bad what with the leaf eating and all but my daughter has also ate printed paper towel (ink!) and has been absolutely fine. (Yes I do watch my kids, sometimes they get around you!)

They love things like that! My 8 month old got a bit of paper towel in him. She will be fine...she would have had to eaten a lot in order for their to be an issue. All you should worry about is if it is going to come back out and unless she ate the entire Sunday section of a newspaper, I think you are fine.

They love paper, it sounds so crinkly! :)

My daughter used to go crazy over the newspaper and it would inevitably end up in her mouth and she never got sick or had any side effects from it. I asked my ped about it and she wasn't concerned unless of course it becomes an everyday thing. Don't worry.

Apparently, paper was one of my favorite snacks as a child (they tell me so :-)
I once ate some of a notebook written in ink (belonged to a teacher friend of my mom). I was just fine. Don't worry.

We call our baby the paper monster. Sale ads, newspapers, notebooks, you can't keep any type of paper around. Your baby should be fine. Just watch to see if she has a bowel movement. =)

This too shall pass.......:0 she should be fine.

I'm sure she will be fine.. the majority of the ink made these days are from vegetable by products! So unless she guzzled a whole ink cartridge I wouldn't worry too much.
