Hi S.! I used to be part of a playgroup through Yahoo! Groups. It is called PAMplaygroup2. It was a pretty good group. I only quit because my daughter started school and we couldn't keep up with the requirements. They are a Portland based group with activities a few times a week and then special get togethers on special occasions. Hope this helps!

i'v been in the same boat for a while. My son is 3 years old but he is a ruff and tumble little guy. Is it just me or do kids not go to the park anymore? I have been to about 4 different parks and I'm always the only one there!

I have a 3-year-old, too. We live in George West. If you're close, we could meet up.
Otherwise, I'd suggest putting her into some sort of activity. I put my son in soccer; now he has 5 friends that he plays soccer with 2-3 times a week. When soccer season is over, I'm considering putting him in dance.

What area of town do you live? maybe its time to stat taking her for play dates. It can be as easy as getting to know your nieghbors, calling some family, or going to a baby/kids gym.

Hi S.!! I understand. We have a two year old and a 6 year old. When our 6 comes home - our Daughter missed him so much that she ends up bugging him. lol... so I try to keep her busy too.
We're part of a playgroup for Bell County and have made lots of great friends and it really helped us out when Hubby was deployed. I don't know what we would of done without these girls. Check out their website: http://p068.ezboard.com/bnodramamamas23399 and email ____@____.com for more info.
There are no fees and lots of different kinds of moms. They even have moms who have moved on but still want to be apart of the group online. It's pretty neat and there are Moms with kids of all ages. Check them out!

Hello S.,
I have a daughter that will be three in November. It would be great to find another girl her age to play with. I am in the southwest part of Amarillo. Maybe we can get them together sometime.

Hi S..
Join a Mom's group. You can go to yahoo or meetups.com and look for one in your area with Moms who have similar interests.
