I live in Vallejo, and the only place I know of which has dance classes, (but not piano lessons) are at a gym on Missippi St. in Vallejo, but I was not very satisfied with the appearance of the facilities. But I'm actually leaving Vallejo, to buy a home in Oakland. Mocha Moms? I never heard of it and I would love to be a part of an organization as I am a single mother. You might want to start with classes through GVRD, Benicia, or American Canyon recreation departments. There is also a dance studio in Benicia named Stage One.
