Moving to the Area - Virginia Beach, VA

My family and I are moving to the area the end of June, Virginia Beach, and I was just wondering what area's would be the best for us. We're looking for a house rental with at least two bedrooms and one bath for about $1200 a month. We really need a decent sized yard that's fenced in bvecause my son would rather live outside no matter what the weather. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

We live in the Kempsville area of Virginia Beach and really enjoy it. CLose to everything, great schools (although our little ones are still too young) and not too far from the interstate.

I have a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse with a 6 foot privacy fence, shed and cedar swing set in the backyard. I have hardwood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs, granite countertops and a fireplace.
