Moving to Montvale. Need Info About the School System.
So we have finally found a house to buy, and it's in Montvale (Bergen County). I know the highschool there is a blue ribbon school and one of the best in the state, but how are K through 8? Do any you mom's live in Montvale with younger children? My son is 3, and I was wondering what type of education I can expect? Thanks

We moved to Montvale about 4 years ago and we LOVE it!!
My son has special needs and was placed in the special ed. class at Memorial school and now both he and my daughter are in kindergaten at Memorial and we have been really happy with their experience so far. We have been very lucky to meet a lot of great people in Montvale and I have only met one person who had anything negative to say about the school.

My neice is in 3rd grade and nephew is in 1st both at Memorial school in Montvale and they are doing well. My sister loves it there. It is a beautiful town. I used to pick them up from school and the parents are very friendly too. Good Luck!!

I live in Rockland County, but I'm pretty sure Montvale is a great school district.

A dear friend of mine and mom of three, is president of the board of ed for montvale schools. I can give you a thumbs up for the school system! One of their former principals has moved over to my district and if he is any indicator, they are doing a great job in Montvale!
