hi,i have heard great things about gentle giant moving company.they are based in somerville ma.i dont have a number but you could look them up on line.i have not used them myself but friends of mine have.hope this helps.

Gentle Giant is great but relatively expensive but moving is always such a nightmare you may want to consider spending a little extra to make it a pleasant experience. They will come to your home for free to do an in home estimate, which is always a good idea to do anyways.

Gentle Giant is a really good company. I think they are expensive but very easy to deal with and very helpful. They packed everything and nothing got broken or lost. I would use them again in a heartbeat. We used them this March for a very complicated two part move with storage and somethings coming out of storage and going out of state and some things remaining in MA. They were always willing to help me figure out how to do something and always , down to the packing guys, professional and pleasant to deal with.

We have moved several times over the past 5 years and each time we've used Gentle Giant. We are happy with their coordination, preparation, moving, and follow-up. We've used them for simply moving us from one apartment to another in the same building, and moves that they pack everything, move everything, and unpack everything. We've had experience with other movers and found that this company is by far the best we've experienced. They even help set up children's furniture if you need them too (of course they charge for the time).
